Long before I called myself a coach, I was trying to understand people. I've worked in mental health, sales, real estate, leadership, training, and coaching. Different industries. Different titles. Different rooms. But the same lesson keeps showing up.

I have failed.

Some of what I know came from education. Some came from sales floors, leadership rooms, difficult conversations, marriage, fatherhood, business, and coaching.
And some of it came from surviving things I never thought I'd talk about publicly.
I'm not interested in pretending transformation is clean. I've lived it.
Information doesn't change people.
Inspiration doesn't change people.
Even knowing better doesn't automatically mean we do better.
Change happens when insight becomes action.

We identify the pattern. We tell the truth about it. We decide what needs to change. Then we do something. Not someday. Now.
Because coaching that sounds good but changes nothing isn't coaching.
